Spearmint Essential Oil has a warm, spicy, herbaceous aroma similar to peppermint, but milder. Just like peppermint, Spearmint Essential Oil can be used in chest rubs to help respiratory issues and as relaxing post-workout rub for sore muscles. Spearmint Essential Oil is also believed to improve memory and can be added to a diffuser while studying.
Pairs well with Basil, Benzoin, Eucalyptus, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon, Orange, Peppermint, and Rosemary.
