The Soap Opera’s Sandalwood Essential Oil in Jojoba Oil is distilled from the roots and heartwood of Santalum spicatum, Australian Sandalwood. Australian Sandalwood represents a more ecologically responsible alternative to traditional Indian Sandalwood and Western Australia is home to the world’s largest sustainable Sandalwood reserve. Australian Sandalwood has a soft, woody, extremely tenacious and somewhat balsamic aroma that is similar to Indian Sandalwood. Jojoba oil serves as a nourishing carrier oil that can be used in a diffuser or applied directly on the skin for a massage.
Sandalwood blends well with Benzoin, Italian Bergamot, Black Pepper, Chamomile, Clary Sage, Clove, Geranium, Grapefruit, Frankincense, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon, Myrrh, Neroli, Orange, Palmarosa, Patchouli, Rose, Rosewood, Tuberose, Vetiver, and Ylang Ylang.
