Relieve stress and soothe tired eyes with the Lavender Aromatherapy Eye Masque. The soft, pliable masque conforms to the face comfort while the comforting aroma of lavender provides relaxing ambiance. Can be used hot for relief from sinus pressure or cold to soothe away headaches and puffiness.
For Warm Relief: soak the masque in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Carefully remove the masque and allow to cool to the desired temperature. Gently place on the eyes. Do not boil or place in the microwave oven. Overheating will damage the eye masque and may injure skin.
For Cold Relief: Wrap in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator. For faster cooling, wrap in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for 10-20 minutes. Allow the masque to reach the desired temperature. Unwrap the masque and gently place over the eyes. Do not store in the freezer or use the masque if it is frozen.
For external use only. Do not puncture the eye masque. Store in a cool place.

Never place the sponge in boiling water, the microwave, or the dryer as they will harden your sponge. If the sponge begins to become ragged, use scissors to trim off the loose pieces rather than pulling them off.

The Soap Opera Soothing Eye Pillows are made by one of the owner’s mothers right here in Wisconsin, with a lot of love and over 60 years of experience! These eye pillows are filled with flax seed so it forms around the eye area easily.
They can be used to help with relaxation, sleep, or sore muscles. Lay down and place over the eye area to block out access light to help you relax and slumber. The scent of lavender is especially relaxing and known to help promote sleep.
Stick in the freezer for a minimum of 10 minutes to then place on a sore muscle to cool the area for instant relief and reduce swelling. You may also place in the microwave for 10 seconds to add a little heat to a sore area of the body. Don’t put in the microwave for too long however. With the flax seed it can cook! You don’t want that :).
