Checkout Help:
- Use the "UPDATE" button to delete an item from
your cart or to change the quantity ordered.
- All orders pass through human hands before your credit card is
charged and order filled. If you have a special request, or
couldn't order what you wanted, please let us know in the
"special instructions" field at the second checkout page. You
can also call us toll free anytime: 800-251-7626.
- If you want an item gift wrapped and/or sent to a different
address, check the "Gift" box in your shopping cart. PLEASE CLICK
UPDATE. All items checked as "gifts" will be shipped to the
Gift / Shipping address. If you want your items gift wrapped,
select the gift wrap choice on the Payment Options page at
checkout. Remember to let us know how you would like the gift card
to read in the "Please specify how you would like the gift card to
read " field below your paper choice option box on the same page.

up-to-date SSL (secure socket layer) technology to process your
credit card information.
- DISCOUNTS FOR QUANTITY:
Anytime you see a price per item in your shopping cart that is
suddenly lower than the price you saw listed you are benefiting by
ordering three or more similar items. (In many cases you will see
this benefit even if you are ordering an assortment of some kind.)
The new lower price showing in your shopping cart happens because
an automatic "discount for quantity" benefit has kicked in for
you. Generally speaking, the more of any item you order the lower
the price will become, and it works for nearly all products
according to this discount formula:
Buy 3-6 and save 5%, buy 7-11 and save 7.5%, buy 12 save 10%, and
buy 13 and above save 12.5%.
This "web special" is simply our way of
saying "Thank you."

Search Help:
- Our Search function looks at the names of all the products we
carry. Enter any part of the name of the product you are looking
for.
- If you are looking for a lotion, use an ingredient name to
narrow your search, e.g., "Almond Oil."
- We have a categories page as part of the Retail
section that breaks down all of our products into neat
categories. You may be able to find what you are looking for by
checking our retail categories!
- If you have ordered from us before, you can put the SKU number
in the Search box to find the product you are looking for.
- Check your spelling. "Glycerin" is spelled with and without an
e. Chamomile is also spelled camomile.
