From the South, (Illinois): I-90 north to highway 12-18, then west to John Nolen Drive, then north towards downtown and the Capitol. Exit at Broom Street and continue to West Johnson Street (stop light), and turn right. As you cross State Street (stop light) you are 1/2 block from The Soap Opera®, in the block on your left. As you continue to drive, there is a parking ramp entry on your right, immediately in the first block. 

From the East, (Milwaukee): I-94 west to the intersection of I-90, then go south on I-90 several miles, then as above. Or (a little faster), continue straight under I-90 becoming highway 30, then west on East Washington Ave. to the Capital. Go 180 degrees around the Capitol to West Washington Ave., and take it down the hill to Broom Street (stop light), turn right and continue to West Johnson Street, and turn right again. Go one block to State Street. As you cross State Street (stop light) you are now 1/2 block from The Soap Opera®, in the block on your left. As you continue to drive, there is a parking ramp entry on your right, in the first block.

From Minneapolis, MN: 1: Go East on I-35W to I-94 EAST. 0.5 miles 2: Go East on I-94 EAST to US-52. 7.8 miles 3: Go South on US-52 to 7TH ST. 0.3 miles 4: Go Northeast on 7TH ST to I-94 EAST. 0.5 miles 5: Go East on I-94 EAST to Wisconsin. 16.1 miles 6: Go East on I-94 EAST passing by Eau Claire, WI to US-51 (Exit 132). CONSTRUCTION 9-1-99: BETWEEN EXITS 52 AND 106. 233.5 miles 7: Go South on US-51 to US-151. 3.4 miles 8: Go Southwest on US-151. 3.8 miles Total Distance: 265.9 miles
