"Two years ago I searched the internet looking for Primal Elements soap. I'd previously purchased a few bars while out of town on a business trip and wasn't able to find a local distributor. Your website was one of the first I looked at, in part because of your clever business name, and I was thrilled to see you carried such a wide variety of Primal Elements.

Since then I've placed a few orders for myself and, most recently, ordered a Mother's Day gift set to be shipped to my mother. It was the spa set and she absolutely loved it! I chose to have the box gift wrapped and was pleasantly surprised to receive a handwritten letter from your company along with a sample of the gift wrap. What a nice touch! In these high tech times we often forget how nice it is to have actual personal contact.
